Job summary:
• Prepare, review, and manage construction contracts, purchase orders, and related documentation.Track project schedules, milestones, and progress reports.
• Communicate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports.
• Maintain accurate project records, including drawings, specifications, and change orders.Coordinate permit applications and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Support the project manager in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.

Qualification:
